Baker BioScience Solutions offers products for sale in the United States through The Baker Company’s authorized manufacturer’s representatives local to your area. These representatives are trained by The Baker Company and Baker BioScience Solutions on the products they represent and the technical aspects of the equipment. They are experienced in the laboratory setting and may provide consultative support to your decision making process.

In addition, due to the proximity of each representative to your facility, they provide onsite training and support of your equipment after your purchase so that you may achieve the ultimate satisfaction and peace of mind with your decisions. Representatives can answer any of your technical questions and can help you find a local service company for your service needs.

Ordering Info and Terms

Placing an Order
You can place an order for any of Baker's products through your sales representative (domestic), or directly through Baker's Customer Support Department.

• Orders can be placed by telephone (877)350-6414 , fax (207-324-3869), e-mail (sales@bakerbioscience.com), or through the mail.
• A purchase order number is required with all orders. To expedite your order, please use the model number and product description, indicate any desired options, and specify both shipping and billing address.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Baker BioScience Solutions. Baker BioScience Solutions reserves the right to notify you within three (3) business days after receipt of an order if an order cannot be accepted.
• Baker BioScience Solutions will do everything possible to meet your delivery date needs. In cases where your delivery request can not be met, or needs to be changed, Baker will work with you to determine an alternative delivery date.

Shipping of Orders
Orders are normally shipped via motor freight, F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Please advise our Customer Support Department if you prefer orders shipped via a specific carrier.
